Do I have to pay to see the custom design artwork mockups?

 

Our biggest priority is maintaining the very best service for all clients. Over the years, we have learned from experience that for us to maintain the highest level of service, we do require that you confirm Custom Artwork Design + 3 Samples prior to us starting any custom artwork.

Then our team to work with you directly to create a unique metal business acrd artwork design with your brand, details and preferences.

 

All of our artwork + design services have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and all our media experts are exceptionally skilled in this form of media design.

If you have a normal paper business card, and want a custom metal business card that looks similar or exactly the same, please be sure to upload photo of the front + back of your card and specify this preference when you submit the artwork request form.

What are the guidelines - requirements if I want to have my own designer create the artwork?

​

Any orders that are submitted that include external custom artwork for their custom metal business card design ... must be in vector file format and strictly follow the required design guidelines.

What if I don’t have artwork, can you help?

​

The cost of producing the required custom mockups + final vector artwork for all metal business card orders is included in the all-inclusive rate of each card. 

 

Once you've submitted your order you'll be assigned one of our media design experts who will work with you directly to create a mockup card design based upon your brand, details, design preferences and ideas.

 

This service includes up to three (3) artwork changes, complete with a PDF proof for each round.

 

You will receive the first proof within 1-3 days from your order (during business week). Our media design experts can take your current logo design and/ or any artwork you might have and then create a custom metal business card design for your review + feedback.

 

When initially completing the Custom Artwork Design + 3 Samples be sure to upload a photo (front+back)  – even a cell phone photo of your current card + graphics files you may have, so our media design experts can create a card design that elevates your brand to the next level.

 

If you don’t have a current brand design, you can simply let us know in the artwork comments box what you’re looking for in terms of style and message.

 

When you receive the PDF Mockup for your custom artwork, you can note any changes you’d like, or confirm the artwork.

 

We won’t take your cards to production until you are 100% happy with the artwork design and have received the 3 samples by courier.

What if I don’t like the artwork you provide?

 

If for some reason you don’t like the initial proof of your artwork, we will work with you on your artwork until you are completely happy – that is our first promise.

 

Our second promise is that when you have your cards and hand them out, you will become a customer for life.
